Gerdan Shaqiri was transferred from Liverpool's Stoke City last edition of 13.5m euros, writes Periscope.
The Albanian star, although showing high shape in the games it played, Klopp still did not put it in the launch formation.
Now it is the German technician himself who has explained why Shaqiri has not played so much.
“Players like Fabinho and [Jerdan] Shaqiri is a very important part of our team. But they haven't been to their highest level, but they've taken important steps to develop”, Klopp said.
