Bahtiri has said it is in their interest to support this action, as it is against people dealing with organised crime, including Serbs and Albanians.
In terms of these developments, Bahtiri has also reacted via the social Facebook network.

I appeal to all citizens of the north to remain calm and not consider this action as against them, as it is only against people who deal with organised crime, including Serbs and Albanians.
I invite all residents of the north to give support to the Kosovo police, because it is in their interest to once and for all implement the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, which are the most favourable.hmet for minorities in Europe.
Therefore, once again I seek calm and support for the Kosovo Police who are doing a wonderful job. Supporting the action is in the interest of citizens of the north.
Finally, the trial will give the final word to establish justice. Once again, I'm saying that the Kosovo Police are in service of all citizens regardless of nationality, and especially in the northern part that is respecting many Serb minorities.
