Dani Alves has criticised Juvenus, saying he spent an unpleasant season there. He even said that he felt cheated, since the club failed to keep the promises he originally made.
The Brazilian side defender won Italy's two domestic trophies and reached the final of the Champions League during the 2016/17 season, but he soon decided to switch to Paris Saint-Germain.
I had a rather unpleasant season in Italy, in Turin. I felt cheated because I wasn't given the things I was promised, and that's the worst feeling there is”, Alves said.
I wrote the story with Juvenus and was able to ask some people there what they thought about Daniel Alves as a worker”.
There's no one there who doesn't love me. The situation is quite different with those who sent me there, the relationship with them is different because of what my friend has said”.
It was my decision. I respect history and Juvenus very much. I got a lot of friends there. If people are unhappy, then it all comes back to you. I felt that they had failed me, and I left Juventu”.
