The double murder that took place in Gjakova last year when Peter Noecaj left his 9-year-old daughter dead and wife Valbona Mark shocked the opinion. The 40-year-old for the work has been sentenced to life imprisonment, meanwhile, from the maximum security prison has sent several messages through an interview from which it has indicated that it did not kill her, but only the woman cast doubts about the judicial process.

For the murder that shocked Kosovo behind bars for the rest of its life will remain, 40-year-old Peter Ndekaj, Valbona's former husband and father of 9-year-old Clara.

From his cell after the Court of Appeals' decision, he has also given an interview expressing doubts about the case, saying that he had not killed his daughter. It is even claimed that Druxe has repented of her work and that the punishment of Appeals is unjust.

However, the one towards whom Rudcaj leads grave accusations, Shzen Mark, speaking exclusively of Gazeta Express, claims that the event had not turned out the way he had confessed to the Dillecaj Clan.

Mark is saying that all the evidence the prosecution had was enough to impose the maximum sentence on Rudecaj after he himself committed the two murders.

As Peter Ndecaj points out from the maximum security prison how good life his wife had, Valbona, who had been sent to various places in Kosovo to visit and even to the coast, to the Mark family, says she had long been in conflict with the couple, and for that Peter Rutlecaj had held prison in May 2018, just months before the murder.

Shkelzen Mark has stated that on the day of the crisis, there were 12 witnesses in his family who are familiar with what happened, and he felt that if he were not, there would be more killed.

Valbonne's brother says that the already late girl was at the side of her mother when Peter Nd Necksey shot them.

We have a very good life in the family, there's no violence in the family, it's been a very short time within the month that brought me this tragedy, Shozen Mark, along with her sisters. I was asked to leave my wife in Germany. I have five family children. You can't have a dictator's choice to tell me this is where we've been conflicted, it's been a short time, it's been declared Nocaj.

According to the Mark family, however, Noecaj himself suspected that he could have killed another person after the murder.

Mark is saying that fear in their family began when in May of last year the same had been violent toward their sister, and he had held prison.

So when their sister Valbona had already separated from her husband and was staying in the house of the brothers, Shozen Mark had proposed that for a time to flee the conflict leave Kosovo.

Mark is saying that Peter Noecaj had brutally beaten Valbonne until he had been drunk and even had continued with constant threats.

Since Noecaj doubts the judicial process toward him, the Mark family has taken care of their children, saying that none of the Nocej family has been interested in them since the tragic event occurred.

What had happened?

On the evening of August 7th, 2018, Peter Noecaj shot his nine-year-old wife and daughter in the village of Brecoc, Gjakova, until the victim, Valbona Mark, was staying at the house of the brothers along with the children.

The 40-year-old Noecaj accepted crime before the court, and for that act of illegal possession was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

That was until the decision of the Court of Appeals that shortly later sentenced him to life imprisonment.

Valbona Mark Noecaj had endured violence from her husband, Peter, for many years until August of last year when she would decide to leave home for the brothers.

Her move made her husband even more upset, who in the home of the already deceased brothers would go armed and leave her dead except for his wife and 9-year-old daughter.

Having committed the 40-year-old crime, he also admitted to the court, adding that everything had happened by accident and that he had repented of the same work.

On November 2nd, 2018, the Constitutional Court in Gjakova found Peter Ndekaj guilty of double murder, condemning him to 23 years for murder and 2 years for illegal weapons, where he was estimated to have spent time in custody.

The penalty for the macabre act was widely commented, and for the same occasion protests calling for a change in mass to life were arranged, counting the murder as one of the worst in recent years.

The Court of Appeals, meanwhile, rejected the Constitutional Court's decision in Gjakova in March this year until the same one was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Peter Noecaj for the murder of his wife and daughter has been sentenced to life in prison, and that is the most severe punishment set forth with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

By the time the couple were separated and living in different homes, two of the children lived with their father and three with their mother.
