Thaci indicated that Mogheri and I have talked about accelerating the visa liberalisation process, as well as about the meetings conducted so far.
The meeting was good. We talked about all the meetings we have as Kosovo in the EU. I stressed that support should necessarily occur as soon as possible for visas. Kosovo has fulfilled all the criteria, Thaci has said.
Thaci does not expect anything concrete in the dialogue during the summit.
Liberalism is not a gift of reward but something we deserve is injustice and punishment. I find that today Merkel of Macro will be a tattoo of the visas. If it doesn't happen, it'll be a deep disappointment. We will seek the sentence of genocide in Kosovo. I see this meeting as an opportunity, but not a miracle or a magic act. There will be dialogue and no negotiations with Serbia here, Thaci has stressed.
The plan hopes that today Merkel during the Berlin Summit to persuade Serbia to recognise Kosovo.
