Serwer: Serbian List Participation in northern elections, Pristina responds with tax suspension

According to him, Serbs in northern Kosovo have realised that if they boycott the elections, then they will not be represented in institutions, broadcast Serbian media.

Serwer suggests that the decision to participate in elections for institutions in northern Kosovo could affect the continuation of dialogue blocked between Belgrade and Pristina.
