Record Costs for Plastic Surgery

Americans spent more than $16.5 billion on cosmetic surgery four percent more than last year, a new report has shown.

Botox, although one of the least expensive procedures, is the procedure that Americans have spent most of their time on.

Americans also spent $2.95 billion on injections paralysing facial muscles to soften wrinkles.

The breast increases, costing $33,000- 8,000, were the most profitable surgical procedures, reaching $1.9 billion for plastic surgeons.

The client spent about $1.5 billion on rhinopotitis.

The increase in spending has been prompted by both increasing demand and rising prices a trend that analysts do not expect to disappear soon.
