Eight years in prison for heavy sexual violence, kidnapping and very serious injuries, threats and slander against an 18-year-old girlfriend.
This is the sentence pronounced during yesterday's day against Albanian Cedian Hoxhaj, 21, who lives in San Concordia in Lucca. Actually, the young man is imprisoned in Prato.
The shocking event that 21-year-old became a protagonist dates back to November 2017. At the time, the Albanian had a love connection with the girl, but becoming paranoid jealous.
On at least three or four occasions, he had beaten the girl as punishment” for behavior he did not like. The girl had not denounced him. On one evening the young woman agreed to stay at his home, who lived alone in San Conchoordio to spend the night there for the first time.
Suddenly, the Albanian according to Italian media, erupted in intense aggression against her.
He had tied the girl to bed by raping her without being able to object. Because of his insane jealousy, he had punched, grabbed his throat, and even struck him with the broom handle, which was broken because of the brutality of the blows.
An endless night of terror for the girl whose mobile phone had been taken to prevent the call for help, reports Panorama, broadcasts the Kosovo Clan.
About noon tomorrow, he's dressed up to go home and his daughter taking advantage of a moment of distractions, calling his parents.
Before he left, he had threatened to die: “If he convicts me, I'll kill you...”

The young man, in the eyes of the policemen who arrested him, did not seem repentant or frustrated. In fact, he claimed to have protected himself from the girl.
Now, Hoxhaj, will spend eight years of his life in prison, the sentence given due to the procedure cut short.
