International Football Committee, an organ FIFA in charge of overhauling existing rules and introducing new regulations has made ten changes to the football world at the last meeting in Nyon, Switzerland.
These rules will be implemented starting in the 2019/20 series.
The first rule is where the ball belongs after the end of the match. The judge gives the ball to the goalkeeper, but if the judge stops the fight outside the penalty area, the ball will meet a player.
If there are three or more team players protecting in the <x0 m> the surviving “is three or more players, the counter player cannot approach one meter, otherwise he will be judged as “indict” in favor of the defence team.
One of the rules refers to exaggerated goals celebrations, which will be punished with cartoons and will remain in force even if the goal is cancelled through Video Reference Assistance (VAR).
The other rule has to do with what the rival player can grab from the doorman after the branching within the strictness zone and should not be expected to have a team player pull the ball down first.
At the start of the match, according to new regulations, the team that wins in the currency jump can decide whether to have the first ball or to which goal to attack.
One of the innovations is that there will be changes in medical disruptions, and in this way between 90 seconds and three minutes, medical staff can remain in the field, while there will be one minute outage for dehydration of players.
Players are allowed to wear similar coloured fans like socks.
Among the new policies is that the judge can show the yellow or red card behind the player after the end of the action, which is immediately launched by team players who have won the illegal intervention.
The replaced player must leave the field at the nearest exit point and not go into the middle of the field as yet.
Club officials or trainers may be punished with yellow or red cards.
