This session has been called by 41 Kosovo Parliament deputies, following numerous reports on the high number of young people who are leaving the country.
But despite the disturbing number of young people who are leaving Kosovo, this issue is not looking very important to the government cabinet.
Attending this session are none of the ministers of Haradinaj Government.
Except for the ministers' refusal to accept, there are even small numbers of MPs in the Kosovo Assembly Hall who are interested in debating the country's going to a better life.
