During an interview with Voice of America Hamza has talked about forecasts of the latest BB report on Kosovo's economic growth, unemployment rate or the impact on the budget of some government decisions related to salaries in public institutions, or increasing payments under the social aid scheme.
Hamza says the unemployment rate in Kosovo is lower than 30 per cent, this figure reported by the World Bank.
He said that from the point of view of mathematical and professional logic this is impossible, in terms of an economic growth of over 4 percent, increased the number of new registered enterprises, and when there is no reduction in the number of jobs in the public sector.
Kosovo's finance minister speaks and on the problem created in the country due to the departure of qualified employees to work with legal contracts in Western countries.
According to him, facing high standards makes it difficult for Kosovo to be competitive in the labour market.
Hamza handles and the impact it has had on the state budget setting the fee on Serbian goods to 100 per cent. He said that economically none of the countries has won and that Serbia has lost the Kosovo market.
