Regular management in four or five hours increases the risk of heart attacks, attacks on the brain and early death, according to a study of the 20 most common myths about sleep by American researchers, Kosovo Prees broadcasts.
Rebecca Robbins, who led the study by the School of Medicine at New York University, said there is widespread evidence to show that five hours of sleep or less steadily increase the serious risk of adverse health consequences.
The problem with alcohol before sleep is that it reduces sleep quality so we feel much less fired the next day.
The study, published in Sleep Health magazine, also offers advice for those who should get up early and do something that is not stressful.
The study advises against watching TV before going to bed because it influences us to stay awake.
