The case has been confirmed at the Gjilan Prosecutor's Office, suggesting that they have asked the court judge to change the measure.
Meanwhile, the Court's spokesman in Gjilan, Sabit Shkodra, has indicated that the verdict was made yesterday after the prosecution's request.
The “person who caused the accident in Gjilan by truck has been changed measures from house detention. This occurred yesterday during the day, while the court has decided to remain in domestic prison until May 3rd,”, the spokesman for the Gjilan Court, Sabit Shkodra.
Avdija Mustaf from Peja has been staying in custody since March 8th following the accident that took place in Gjilan from where Kurim Chocaj died.
