This debt has been collected/taxed over years because citizens haven't paid the company “Cleaning”, for waste service no matter what we've done, KMDK, has sent the company “Cleaning” to the finisher by blocking all bank accounts of the Company.
With the blocking of accounts, the company is unable to collect and move waste into the territory of the municipalities where we serve.

The company “Cleaner”, now 20 years ago, performs service to 7100 families with Social Assistance in all the municipalities where it performs service, and for all these years the company has never recovered from municipalities, and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, the cost of this service is $500,000 a year.
During the period when the Law on Forgiveness of Public Debt was initiated, the company “Cleaning” has forgiven you 10m euros in debts to cities, while on the other hand we have not received a debt forgiveness from KMDK.
The company “Cleaning” is in negotiations with the German Development Bank The KFW, which has conducted a feasibility study to invest (grand) in the total of 27m euros, an investment which would make our company the Leader in the Balkans, but after that circumstances this investment is in danger, which would be a huge loss to the whole country.
The company “Cleanup”, calls urgent to state institutions to take steps and help us overcome this situation we're in.
