The event took place this morning on”Aqif Pasha<18x1>, and police suggest there was a 30-year-old G.S. who slammed 42-year-old A.B., and then left the scene. The infantryman failed to survive finding the immediate death as Elbasan Police managed to arrest the driver of the vehicle shortly after the accident.
Materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Court of First Elbasan for criminal acts “Failure to break the rules of theRugorian” and” Leave the crash site”.
