Attempted to kill cousin in Switzerland, Kosovar sentenced to six years in prison

The prosecution has sought nine and a half years in prison for the accused. The court has already ruled for a milder sentence, of six years in prison for attempted deliberate murder.
But more than the very pronunciation of sentence, which has impressed the process, has been the essence caused by what had been the victim three years earlier, broadcast Albinfo.ch.
The 40-year-old Kosovar has repeatedly insulted and reviled the owner's lawyer. It's about the renowned lawyer Urs Oswald, who saw his client's act only as a risk to life and not as an assassination attempt. For such a delta, he has proposed a 20-month prison sentence of freedom.
Because of the victim's inadequate reaction, he was initially drawn to caution, but after he did not stop insulting, he was thrown out of the courtroom and returned to prison.
The 40-year-old Kosovar had come to the courtroom, bound in chains, as he was being held in prison because of another delta, already carried out.
During the process again, this afternoon the victim's attorney has demanded a write-off of 250,000 francs for his client. Both Kosovars are cousins among themselves.
