Why We Add More Weight on Monday

During our working days, we are physically more active than during the weekend on Saturday and Sunday when we are calmer, so we slowly burn our calories taken, so the weighing shows more weights on Monday. Sounds unusual, but an American research found out that it's correct.

It sounds unusual, but an American research found out that it's correct on Monday we have bigger body weight.
Over a year, research participants, 80 men and women, have been weighed every morning, and scientists have followed the growth and weight reduction trend over a week.
Finally, they concluded that Monday's research participants had the highest weight, while 74 percent had lower weight Friday.
The reason lies in that we are more active in our day of work than during the weekend whether we engage in physical activity on Saturday and Sunday we are calmer, so we slowly waste our calories.
Adding to this is the fact that during our working days, mostly, we pay more attention to what we eat than on the weekends, the higher number in the measurement scales is totally unexpected. So do not grieve when you weigh on the moon, but start weighing for another day.
