The 35-year-old girl from Melbourne ate dry food and began to add several pounds as a way to coping with retirement. She said that during that period she was ashamed to leave the house because she weighed 120 kilos.

Determined to restore body mass, Dacic focused on diet and exercise. The tennis star wrote in Instagram how he managed to transform by removing 40 kilos.

I thought I should have the courage to face the judgment, the negativity and the looks of being a public person. So I pulled myself out of a fight with a view to inspiring, motivating and helping others, especially women”, wrote Dokic.

It showed its transformation from October 2018 to March 2019. The transformation came with the balance of diet and some exercise.
