Since June last year, when this fee has been imposed, 31 cases have been filed in this institution, KTV reports.
For citizens, such a payment is unacceptable and limits the ability of patients to complain.
The ombudsman has asked Oda of the doctors first to suspend this tax and change the decision, since, according to this institution, this is a violation of human rights.
But the chairman of the Oda of Medicine has said that the ombudsman, within the legal deadline, will respond, arguing that the imposed tax is not in conflict with human rights.
Pleaments Sejdiu, chairman of the Oda of Doctors, has said that all social categories are released from the payment and, according to him, such a practice applies to developed European countries.
