Kosovo Agency for Intelligence Inspector (AKI) Shkelzen Soopjan has completed the mandate at the end of February of this year. But despite the end of his mandate, he is still enjoying all the privileges of position at whose helm he is continuing to be without a legal mandate.
Soopyan, as taught by sources within this institution, is currently on training at the Centre for Security Studies “George C. Marshall” in Germany.
This is not the only time he's been pursuing training at this center for personal development, because even in the past, using his official position, he's been pursuing several different trainings. In most cases, even leaving the general inspector's sensitive position in AKI empty.
However, this time, he is attending training without legal mandate, broadcasting PEriscope.
We remember that in the case of the 10th Annual Independence, Soopyan was also decorated as a diligent worker by the director of AKI, Shpend Maxhu, as taught by being rewarded with financial means.
The director of this institution and the inspector general are appointed by the president and prime minister of the country, so these are equal and cannot reward each other with awards and decorations.
The move was entirely in conflict with interest, when it is known that the inspector's role is to care for the internal discipline of AKI, the investigation, auditing and internal inspection of this institution, respectively.
It is also taught that the AKI General Inspector is still taking advantage of other privileges, including the AKI office, logistics and staff.
Periscop has made efforts to learn officially if the AKI General Inspector has made the surrender official, asking the presidency, prime minister and AKI, but has not yet received answers to this issue. /Periscopi/
