The clash between three vehicles has resulted fatal to Arjan Baytjen, 37-year-old who could not survive the wounds suffered and passed away in the country.
He was taught to be an officer in the Shercol Prison in Lezha.
There are three wounded left in the crash, two of whom are in a worse position.
Numerous police forces and civilian emergencies have immediately gone to the scene, while investigating the circumstances and causes of the accident.
