Naser Pajasitaj's lawyer reacts: My client was sentenced without evidence, we'll complain

Gezim Kolcak, lawyer of the life sentence, Naser Pajazitaj, has said there was no evidence that his client would receive the sentence given today for the murder of Donjeta Pajazitaj.

There wasn't any proof of that. The first time he was released without evidence. In the retrial of something else, it's back. No evidence exists that he has committed this crime. But why did the court decide like that, except the Court knows, no one else”, Kolcak said of Television 7.

He further shows that he will file complaints on legal terms while waiting to see how the court will reason on the verdict, according to him, unequipped in any evidence.

The Pec Foundation Court on Monday ruled on the life sentence of Naser Pajazitaj, charged with killing his cousin, Donita.

Naser Pajasitaj is charged with being brutally deprived of life now in the mountains of the Decani municipality of Strellcit on November 9, 2015.

But the Court of Appeals had later turned the subject into retrial. Following the return of the case in the retrial, Pajaziaj has been sentenced to life imprisonment.
