Lumez in Montenegro: The crimes that countries face exceed national borders

Chief Prosecutor Lumezi announced the Reinke ambassador with developments in Kosovo's prosecutorial and judicial system for the results achieved in fighting terrorism, as well as Kosovo's need to join international organisations, both Interpol and Europol.
As revealed by a media report, the chief state prosecutor has also announced the American ambassador's co-operation with the countries of the region and other countries in preventing cases of terrorism, stressing that contemporary risks of justice and security cannot be solved by a single state, because the crimes we are facing exceed national borders, presenting serious risks to our states.
While US Ambassador to Montenegro Judy Reinke stressed that this is a challenge and obligation of all Western Balkan states and that this meeting should contribute to increased interstate communication, which is very important for fighting transnational crimes.
State Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi, together with a State Prosecutor's delegation, are participating in the Conference for Cross-border Co-operation Against Crime, which is organised by Montenegro's State Prosecutor, and supported by the US Embassy in Montenegro.
