This is the second medal for Kosovo by Tbilisi Grand Prix, since Nora Gjakova won gold in the -57kg category on Friday.
The 21-year-old first round passed without a war, while defeating Iranian Judi Rani in her first war in the second round.
In the quarterfinals, Kuka defeated Ilona Lucassen from the Netherlands, providing the semifinal to French Estelle Posties on Sunday morning.
