Co-chairman of the state delegation for dialogue Fatmir Limaj said [...]
The state delegation's co-chairman for dialogue, Fatmir Limaj, said the goal of going to Brussels has been that the European Union's chief diplomacy office Federica Moghrini has also formally handed over the platform for dialogue.
“As we have warned, we have also formally submitted the platform to the office of EU chief Federica Moghrini. At the same time the goal of meeting with representatives of this office is to announce with the vote of MPs for dialogue, and we have also announced that Kosovo already has an official position for dialogue”, Limaj said from Brussels.
Limaj said they have also announced European representatives of the transition to the Parliament of the Law for Dialogue and also the commitment of Kosovo institutions to further this important process for the country.
Commenting on the scriptures that co-chairees have gone into Brussels, Limaj said this is a regular delegation meeting and that there is nothing to keep secret because they have warned that after the vote the platform and Kosovo's official position will be sent to Brussels.
Otherwise the platform for dialogue and the law for dialogue has taken the votes of Kosovo Assembly deputies at an extraordinary session held on March 7th (last Thursday).
Under the platform for dialogue, the objective of this agreement is to resolve all open issues, enabling both states to recognise each other's sovereignty and open road to Kosovo towards membership in the United Nations and the European Union.
In Limaj's speech on 7 March at Parliament platform, it presents the official position of the Republic of Kosovo and defines the principles, goals and expectations of the Republic of Kosovo in the process of dialogue.
