He said he doesn't believe it's very true the news a teacher has misused with a 16-year-old girl. As a result, he mentioned that the teacher in question taught her only an hour of 45 minutes.
This case was made known in 2017 at the moment when there was a denouncing of a former 16-year-old teacher who abused it, which is not very true because the teacher in her life taught the student only a replacement for a 45-minute teaching class of a colleague. He wasn't a regular teacher, but we took action immediately and we suspended him. Not only the teacher, but every official in the Drenas municipality who started an investigation procedure has had an indictment. I haven't followed any previous procedures until the Court announced it. I suspended them under law”, said Ladrovci.
According to him, in 2017, when even the U.S. teacher was sponsored. J., the girl's pulled a criminal report from the Court. He said that even after the prosecution's investigation closed, they have again called for the opening of the investigation.
When we arrest the teacher in 2017 we've continued the procedure after the prosecution closed all the investigation because the girl has withdrawn the confession. We don't know what his reasons were because they were investigative procedures, but that I was convinced and the education directorate was convinced there were cases. We have written the chief prosecutor not to close the investigation because the first charges are always more serious because after the pressures, man can withdraw from the charges. They haven't continued the investigation we've taken steps yet only in terms of the teacher's share. We have no right to interfere with the police or the lawyer” he told Gazetat Blic.
And the first of Drenas said that they have information that other teachers are involved.
We're back yesterday because there's information about other people involved in sexual abuse with the girl and there's other teachers. We have written to the prosecutor, please, in case you are conducting investigations against another teacher, inform us to take measures so that the image of our schools will not waver and take measures against the law”, Ladrovci concluded his statements regarding the case.
