Kosovars continue in trouble around the world, France unannounced mother of two children from Vietnam

Speaking of Gazette Express, Fidan Sahini has indicated that he had completed asylum procedures in 2012, and then continued with other integration procedures.

I completed my asylum procedures in 2012 but we continued with procedures for further integration. Consequently and I can actually argue to all the people of France that since 2014 I have met the conditions to be supplied with documents based on the former government circus, that if a three-year-old foreign family in France testifies 24 months of regular work should be equipped with state documents”, says 32-year-old.

But with all of this family on March 8th of this year, they claimed to be violently expelled until French police went to the Sahini family on the morning of that day, taking Fidan's wife, Nerdzhiwanen and two children.

This after a letter that, despite being in integration procedures, had come to leave the country. No date was written, according to the Sahin family, that if the police did not leave, they would expel themselves.

Fidan says that his wife, when she was taken on the morning of that day exactly at 7:30 in the morning, tied her hands and feet until she got on the plane.

There are no reasons for sending a mother to France with two children born and educated. We were unaware of the decision that they would be expelled.

If we had done something bad, I would have understood but if 30 police officers came to block the neighborhood for a family that did everything on its own without being singled out by the French, that's terrible”, he says.

The moment Nerdzhivan and the children were taken from their home and sent to Kosovo, Fidan was at work.

The same one is already in France committed a lawyer and is trying through several organizations to lobby for the return of family members seeking justice.

By contrast, the organisation “Réseau éducing Sans frontiers” is a collective network, including social movements, unions, political supporters and people from civil society struggling against the departure of foreign children from education in France.

Kosovo authorities get knowledge of case

They've been expelled from the French State, the Sahin family have information in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
