Killing in Gjakova occurred on property, injured out of danger for life

So the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova announced that today the prosecutor of the case is expected at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, against the defendants, to apply for the detention order.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova reports that by 12.03.2019, around 18:30, a murder and a shooting wound has occurred in the village of Marmul in the Gjakova municipality.

Suspect A. G., of the same village, has been deprived of T.B., aged 40 and injured another person, 56. According to the injured man's statement, the motive is suspected to be property.

Police have raided the defendant's house, arrested the same and confiscated the weapon he carried out his works with.

On the part of the Regional Police Forenzice Unit, the site's examination and necessary evidence have been provided.

The victim's lifeless body, by order of the Prosecutor, has been sent to the Law Medicine Institute for autopsys, while the person left injured is being treated at the “Iisa Grezda” Hospital, in Gjakova, and is out of danger for life.

Today it is expected that the prosecutor of the case, at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, to the defendants, will apply for the detention measure's appointment.
