A serious event was verified the previous day in the Suzara municipality in the province of Mantova.

A 48-year-old Albanian has stabbed his 37-year-old wife with whom divorce was under way.

The event took place in a shopping mall parking lot in the presence of many random witnesses.

The woman has been stabbed several times in the body and is currently confined to the city hospital in severe condition but outside the risk of life.

The 48-year-old Albanian with the butcher profession has been cuffed on charges of attempted murder.

According to the initial investigation, the motive for this crime is economic assistance that after the divorce the spouse should pay for their three children.

There have been passersby who, after calling for help, have been able to rescue her from the stabs that could have been fatal.

The 48-year-old Albanian has attempted to escape police forces by hiding and knifeing the crime, but a police patrol with about 40 forces have surrounded the area and after nearly an hour of the event they have put in handcuffs, past Ora Nea.

The Albanian has attempted to jump from a high wall over 2m, but has been blocked by police.
