Trina Vargo, who was Washington's background player in the peace process in Ireland, claims that the couple tried to get a scholarship to Ireland for their daughter's boyfriend, Chelsea, and then had stopped funding the scholarship to punish Vargon for supporting Barack Obama in the race to win the Democrat candidacy in the United States.
