Schieb said Germany strongly supports the dialogue under way in Brussels with the European Union's mediation and its senior representative, Federica Moghrini.
He has called on the two countries to return to dialogue and that its format is not required by the two states to change.
Germany's ambassador has once again asked the Kosovo government and its first, Ramush Haradinaj, to abolish the tax after blocking the dialogue.
According to him, any agreement reached between the two countries is needed by both Pristina and Belgrade to be comprehensive, acceptable to both sides and applicable broadcast the Metro newspaper.
