MD2 chief-in-chief Michael Mintz has shared his success story with college students Riinvest, bringing experience in property management and investments in the US real estate industry.
He has shown how he entered the business and lectures he gained during his career.
One of the key lessons I've learned is to stick to what we're doing, because as long as you're inside this industry and as long as you're in business, you're obviously more successful because everyone's going to get to know you, they're going to know you're committed to them and they're going to know that you're offering certain products”, Mintz said.
Mintz said that after meetings he had last summer in Pristina, he intends to make different investments in terms of real estate. As for the economic potential of Kosovo and young people, he expressed surprise at the skills of young people to present their ideas.
We've had the chance to meet with government officials, but even the young people who work here, earn money and are successful. It is incredible to see the skills, ideas, and support people receive from the government and the profitable industry here. We have here the Kosovo Innovation Centre. I've seen projects that people do and I'm amazed”, he said.
Mintz has ordered young people to stay in Kosovo, as he believes the country will have prospects for better economic development, employment increases and more foreign investment.
He said that during his career he had to be careful in his work so that he could be successful. And he has mentioned the difference between men and women in the same job.
He even gave an interesting detail, saying that in the United States if you don't ask for a raise from the boss, you'll never have it, but he said that employees should have more self-confidence and be effective at working to get results, in order to prove that they deserve it.
Michael Mintz has a record testimony for a decade in successful management of buildings through large capital projects and maximized real estate values.
He is a passionate entrepreneur and always requires new ideas and strategies to improve client experiences.
In his role as CEO of MD2, Minzt meets with clients to find creative and effective solutions to any issue that may arise. He is committed to preserving MD squared Properties Group status as one of New York City's main property management and real estate investment firms.
Otherwise, this event was enabled by the Kosovo General Consulate in New York.
