Tuesday's decision on sharing the tools has met it on February 12th, through which the proposal for establishing the Centre has been approved. Tools are separated from the reserve spending category.
The proposal is made by the Albanian Spiritual and Cultural Heritage Institute with headquarters in Skopje and by the Association for Return of Albanians Displaced From Their Troones in Pristina. The association is headed by Jahja Luka, at the same time adviser to Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. In this case, the government has allocated the budget for the implementation of the project, whose co-proposor is one of the prime minister's advisers.
While part of the opposition is about the conflict of people's interest and support around the prime minister, adviser Luka does not see that way.
“Blace 1999” will be a memorial centre, which according to the proposses will be laid foundationstone in April of this year and will later open nationwide competition for its design. It will be established in the Kosovo part, right next to Blace, while the 100 thousand euros of government are only for the initial phase. There is still no estimate of the ultimate cost, writes Koha Ditore.
