Bahtiri reacts to the government's EU: Through your projects they are returning to Kosovo Serbs who never lived here

South Mitrovica Mayor Agim Bahtiri, through a publication on the social network “Facebook” has reacted sharply to the European Union and the Government of Kosovo over projects to return Albanians expelled from the north, Periscopi reports. Bahtiri has written on Facebook that through the project being funded by the EU “Contained Action [...]
Bahtiri has written on Facebook that through a project funded by the EU “sustainable support and empowerment”, they are returning to Serbian Kosovo that never lived here, but that has a housing problem in Serbia, as they are originally from other countries in the former Yugoslavia.
Bahtiri has called on the Government of Kosovo not to close its eyes in the face of this situation, created in no time, because patience by such actions is coming to an end.
Bahtiri's full response:
UNITED REAGATION EVROPIAN AND EVROPIAN CEV COSOVA ERY
Over 13 thousand Albanians forcibly expelled from northern Kosovo, especially from the northern part of Mitrovica, have not yet returned to their homes, living as refugees in the southern part of the city and other cities of Kosovo.
Their return for 20 years prevented Serbian criminal structures, whether through officials elected to municipal institutions in the north or even through mafia groups that planted terror by their actions that went to murder.
Much has been said about the return of Albanians to the north by the EU, but nothing has been done. To the worse, a project of several million euros has been launched in the north, aimed at the return of Serbs -- namely, even so far -- to support and empowerment”, which is funded by the European Union, which is aimed at the return of Serbs, but will return to the Serbs who have never lived in Kosovo but who have housing problems in Serbia because they are of other countries of the former Yugoslavia.
Through this project, the colonisation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's northern and Serbian north will continue to change the ethnic structure in this part of Kosovo. This is shameful, inlerable, and must be prevented.
Also guilty of the created situation is the Government of Kosovo, whose ministries led by the Serbian List have invested millions in the north for the return of Serbs, but which is actually targeted through these investments by the colonisation of the north.
I call on the Government of Kosovo not to close their eyes in the face of this situation, which has not been too late, because patience by such actions is coming to an end.
