After 20 years of unemployment, Donika Kadai Buyup takes comfort in Telekom

This took place just a few months after MP Kadaj Buyupi returned to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's party by the Vetevendosje Movement in March last year [2018].

KTV today reported that Donika Cadaj Buyup's husband, Naser Buyjupi, has been operating in Telekom since August 1, 2018, as a sales agent.

He had secured this position after 20 years of unemployment status.

Donika Caday Buyup said her husband is a lawyer while alluding that he deserves the new position in which he is appointed.

But she has not commented at all on his appointment because of its political power as MP of a party that is currently part of the ruling coalition.

In addition to the employment of Donika Cadaj Buyup's husband, it was reported today on the employment of the son of the other MP of this party, Muharrem Nitaj, in the position of marketing official.

So in addition to the privileges it offers to be deputies in the Kosovo Assembly, many of them -- primarily those in power -- use the authority to employ family members in public institutions.

According to an official Telekom report, 234 people have been employed in the period February 2018-2019.

In total, Telekom has two thousand and 540 workers, in contrast with 2 thousand and 295 in 2016.
