Periscopi has learned the identity of 32-year-old Kosovar convicted of terrorism in Kosovo and attempted to flee through Albania with an Albanian passport.
It is Fitim Demin of Kosovo's Kachanic who was convicted of terrorism by the Constitutional Court in Pristina and who had issued warrants for his arrest.
The state prosecutor confirmed that Demi had issued warrants but did not provide additional details to Periscope.
Periscop earlier broadcast the news that Demi, according to the media in Albania, tried to flee through the port of Vlora but was caught by Albanian police.
