VVCE Haxhi said in Strasbourg that tax on Serbia should not be lifted

VV) MP Albulen Haxhiu has attended the joint meeting between the Kosovo delegation and the EU, where dialogue with Serbia has been the particular point.

She has said the tax on Serbia should not be lifted.

So Haxhiu himself reported on Facebook:

At the joint meeting between the Kosovo delegation and the EU as a point of discussion was dialogue with Serbia. I stressed the need for discussion on the report the Government has prosecuted in the Assembly, which relates to challenges and achievements in Brussels' dialogue.
I rejected the approach in relation to dialogue with Serbia and the preliminary need of a balance of agreements in the six-year dialogue 2011-2017. It cannot go far unless principles and conditions are set against Serbia.

I also highlighted once again the fact that Kosovo is the parliamentary Republic and that Thaci has no constitutional mandate, nor a mandate that recognises the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo to negotiate with Serbia.

Speaking of the fee to Serbia, I cited the fact that this decision enjoys support in the Republic of Kosovo and that it should not be removed, I also cited the fact that since 2006, we as the subject have demanded full economic, political and trade reciprocity with Serbia, and that each normal country sets such measures against a hostile country such as Serbia is in this case.
