Based on this bill, Russian soldiers are prohibited from using telephones that enable the realisation of photos, videos or access to internet access, the BBC writes.
Soldiers are also forbidden to write about the military and talk to reporters.
More than 400 deputies supported the law from 450 in the hall.
Simple phones are allowed, but smart phones and laptops are prohibited./Periscopi/
