(7 years ago)The federal prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Department of War Crimes, reports the opinion that, following a several-month investigation into co-operation with the Antidroga Unit, the raids were conducted at two locations with the assistance of the Koosva Special Police, and, after checking these two locations last night, 220kg of narcotics substance suspected [...]
Also, five people have been arrested because there is unauthorized suspicion that the same acting as members of the well-organised group had to commit criminal acts “Blerja, possession, distribution and the unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue substance”, from Article 273, paragraph 2 related to Article 281 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The arrested persons allegedly intended to transport this amount of marijuana abroad in Kosovo.
Ferizaj's priority reports that they are still continuing investigations into the group's still on the run.
The Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj reports that at the order of Shet's Prosecutor, the five detainees have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
