Meet Albanian Boys Promoting Folk Music in Switzerland

Among the many young men performing in manifestations of our countrymen, there is a reputation among the young Arbnor brothers and the Red Rhazar, without whom the scene of our folk music would not be complete.

The two young talents have been part of the music scenes for several years in various manifestations and concerts organised by our fellow countrymen side by Switzerland. Recently, they were shown on stage at Mönchaltorf under the organisation of cultural associations „Attacu“and „SH.K.A. Renaissance“Wintered with couples and national clothing.

Folk music is an integral part of the life of Rhazar and Arbnor. Since childhood, they have been featured in song and dances by the reporter of our folk music.

They inherited the music talent from their father, who also engages in music and plays with folk instruments. Pinders have seen to it that their boys' talent for music develop in other voices, thus creating wide space in the selection of instruments and music they want to perform on the stage. And since they're on the stage, parents can't hide pride for their children.

In addition to folk instruments, Arbnor and Xhautta also play violin and sire. They are members of the Rheinal music school symphony and are part of different concertal performances within the Rheintal music school.

Arbnor is 15 years old, and the 11-year-old Xhazart. Both brothers say they are closely linked to the songs and dances of Albanian folk music. Our „Manifacts always give us a special feeling and emotion, because we're among our countrymen who hear folk music most. This gives us pleasure and motivates us to sing our heroes“, Arbnor says.

Besides music, the two brothers are talented in football. Both play at the football academy of the Austrian Bundesliga Club Altach on the U16 team plays Arbnor, while Rzazart plays for U12 youth age groups.
