“Vetting would not allow in institutions to have public officials who do not have moral integrity and with criminal record”, Zemaj wrote on Facebook.

That is why the Vetting process is needed in all Kosovo institutions. Society cannot bear people, public officials who do not have moral integrity and with criminal backgrounds to be hosters of institutional positions in Kosovo.
The consequences of promoting and selecting people with criminal clothes, every day still on behalf of “patriotism” and clans are only producers of consequences in society, like the abuse of a minor by Kosovo Police member, bank theft and ordinarian robbery.
That's when you have government officials on public charges and that's what turned into normal for them, that's what it's like when you only have the minister of order on paper and his executive functions are paralyzed before crime.
Time, to restore opinion confidence in the work of institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, is more than a need.
This situation must be changed...
