The popular journalist, who usually reports from Brussels, Augustin Palocaj, has written a short column for recent developments within the European Union in terms of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, writes Periscope.
Palockaj points to the overall confusion of senior EU officials over the idea of mending borders, since it is not well understood who accepts it and who rejects it.
However, journalism shows Germany has opened up against, and the problem with its opposition lies in the integration of both countries into the European Union. Even after the agreement was reached, EU integration would be understandable and even more stumbled.
German also has the key word in the EU enlargement process. Germany has insisted that in the EU negotiating framework for negotiations with Serbia, the overall “normalisation of reports with Kosovo, including through a legally binding document”. Had it not been for Germany, the condition would not have entered. ” writes journalist Palocaj.
