Germany says Kosovo is an example of region for recognition of statute of victims of sexual violence

Germany's Ambassador to the Security Council, Christoph Heusgen, has spoken of Kosovo at today's UN Security Council meeting and as a good example for the region and its countries in recognising the statute of victims of sexual violence during the war.

The region's “countries should take an example for this”, he said.
