This institution, in 2014, has unilaterally cut off the contract to serve its cars. After nearly five years, all steps of the court have estimated that Kosovo Customs has illegally removed this contract, writes Koha Ditore.
Following the company's indictment “Automobile”, issued in 2014, the Constitutional Court in Pristina decided that breaking the contract on Dogan's part would be deemed illegal and issue the company's request as legal. That decision was submitted to the Court of Appeals.
The Court of Appeals has again given the private company the right. Last year Kosovo Customs through extraordinary measures has applied for protection of legitimacy in the Supreme Court. The lawyer representing this company, Kujtim Kreveshi, has warned that they will make criminal complaints to Kosovo Customs with claims that there are false statements for criminal acts on the part of this institution.
On Thursday, Special Court confirmed the two lower-level rulings.
