The lawyer's firm, S&Q, has announced that the Constitutional Court has made a decision today to suspend the specialised Prosecutor's order.
“S&Q marks the first victory in the Specialised Chamber of Kosovo Constitutional Court in The Hague, temporarily suspending an order of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office”, S&Q report said.
On February 7, 2019, 12: 00 p.m., according to attorney Dr. Artan Kerryni from S&Q's ranks to the best of client Mr. Mair Hasani for temporary measures, the Specialised Chamber of the Constitutional Court, suspended the Prosecutor's Order against Mr. Hasan for delivery of documents, data, notes and information specified in the Order of Special Prosecutor”, the report says.
