The last meeting between Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti and that of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa has not gone according to the expectations of the winning party.
The party, which came in second in the 6 October elections, put some conditions on the table of discussion -- to Albin Kurti's party, one of which was the president's position. After that, the LDK asked for his equal share of VV and the ministry, writes Periscope.
These conditions, they did not like Vetevendosje, and so the meeting ended without a coalition agreement.
There is no coalition agreement today. There are agreements that will continue to work further and explore ways to be approached by” attitudes, Mustafa said at the media conference.
Kurti, however, had said that with Mustaf, no agreement was agreed on, but according to him, there is progress in discussions. He has said that whenever the agreement is reached, it will be extended. Kurt said he'd be in direct contact with Mustaf to hold the next meeting,
It's been a week since the last meeting was held, and so far there's no movement in this direction.
Kurt recently participated in several conferences in Berlin, and from there he has declared that he has continued communication with Mustafa.
But when is there gonna be a next date?
From Vetevendosje's Information Office, in an answer to Periscop say there will be no meeting today, while quoting their leader that there will be a meeting after Kurti returns from Germany but without setting a precise date.
We remember that the two parties had pledged that after the Certificate of results from the Central Election Council, the coalition agreement would be signed, but that did not happen./Periscopi/Zana Rugova/
