West Ham has confirmed the club's new top coach.
Moes takes this post the day after the English club fired Manuel Pellegrin.
He was part of the London club even in the 2017-18 season, winning nine out of 31 matches.
The Scotch with West Ham had had a six-month contract, which after having expired in May 2018 had not renewed them.
