During this visit, Rama was accompanied by Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli.
While discussing with residents affected by the earthquake for finding solutions to their shelter, Pacolli said he could build a palace within three months.
And Prime Minister Rama answered with ridicule if he did, he would make a statue near Skenderbe.
Behet Pacolli: If there are no obstacles at best, I believe a palace, 45 residences from 80 square meters, for 3 months it must be accomplished.
Edi Rama: He's putting some conditions on us. We're making another statue near Skenderbe. There has to be a project, a project implementation.
Behet Pacolli: We're doing the project.
Edi Rama: What it means. Three more months if it's six months. We need to find a better system than this one.
