A considerable number of politicians in Kosovo have basic problems with math knowledge, science and the culture of reading, so it is futile to call on them to turn attention to the quality of the educational system, which, according to the PISA assessment, continues to be terribly bad.” writes Mr. Latif.

Even in 2015 Kosovo had had the same ranking on this test by alarming relevant authorities who have taken a series of measures, but which apparently did not produce any positive results.
