“A solidarity conference with Albania” is necessary, Macron said, after the NATO summit in London.
According to him, this conference aims to mobilise public and private partners to organise reconstruction after the earthquake, which left about 5,000 homeless.
On November 30th, Prime Minister Edi Rama thanked rescue teams -- who came from abroad, especially from France -- to help cope with the impact of the 6.3-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale.
